Our onsite support and
maintenance agreement provides a time-based contract where our customer pays a
fee in advance to obtain pre-designated "blocks" of Support & Maintenance
Services. This allows our customers to save money.
A typical
"Time-Block" consists of twenty (20) hours of pre-paid support &
maintenance services, and each contract is specifically tailored to our
Customer's individual needs.
